Cancellation Policy
24-hour advance notice is required when canceling a massage appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. Since all massage services are by appointment only, new clients are required to pay for their first session in full. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. We understand that things happen and will consider exceptions to the 24-hour policy for established clients.
New Clients
We are in the large glass building inside Tealbrooke Professional Centre. When you enter the building, we are the first office on the left. Please take a seat on the red sofas. Your massage therapist will come out and greet you when it is time for your session.
